How to Order

Once you have decided upon the picture of your choice simply click on "Contact Arkanem" button, that is on the The Works, picture detail page. This will take you to the Contact Us page, and automatically drop the picture of your choice in the subject box.

Next complete all your details, email contact address etc., any accompanying message and Annie will contact you direct within 24hours. Annie will confirm the nature of your request, clarify any queries and payment/amount due. Agreed payment should then be sent to Arkanem. Once your payment has cleared you will then receive an email confirmation of your order. This is your order confirmation and will clearly state the total amount charged and paid. Arkanem would advise you keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference. 

Always check the picture and product descriptions carefully - particularly size dimensions which is shown as width x height. Arkanem can reduce and enlarge all print reproductions as required.

If you are a customer who has been referred by a friend or colleague to visit us, please be sure to tell us who referred you, as it is a priority to Annie that all her customers who refer are rewarded and thanked properly.


Payment

Arkanem accept payment via Cheque, PayPal or Cash primarily.
 
Other alternatives can be arranged. It is important to note that delivery or shipment of any picture, print or image or offer to buy a product will not be made until or unless the payment/amount due is authorised and cleared.

On placing an order with Arkanem you confirm that the agreed method of payment that is being used is your own, or has the full authorisation of the account named holder.

Should credit or debit card payment be agreed upon by both Arkanem and purchasher, the holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to Arkanem then it will not be possible to process your order, nor will Arkanem be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product/s as a result.


Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the 'delivery address' that you will confirm as part of the process of submitting your order.

Your pictures are insured during transit, and Arkanem pay particular attention to ensure your pictures arrive to you safely and in the best condition. Arkanem aim to have your order delivered within 10 - 14 working days after sending you your order confirmation and your payment has been cleared.

Once your order has been processed Arkanem will email you your despatch confirmation that will contain your consignment/delivery number so you can check your delivery status at any time via the couriers link stated on your email or you can contact us if there is any problem or query. Make sure you have your consignment/delivery number to hand as you will need to quote this for any query.

You may place an order with a different delivery address, as a gift for a friend for example. If you are not in when your order is delivered, a notice and contact details will be left at the delivery address.

If you refuse to take delivery for any reason other than evident damage, then any expenses incurred by Arkanem will be deducted should a refund be made.

Arkanem cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that occur once your order has been despatched, although Arkanem will make every effort to answer any query, concern or problem regarding delivery.


Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order you must contact or notify Arkanem by phone or email immediately or via contact us. Should your order already have been processed, or is in carriage, after you have informed Arkanem, you should return the painting in its original saleable condition, complete with its packing within 14 days of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Arkanem for replacement or full refund, instructions on how to do this will be in the information sheet enclosed with your delivery, or you can contact us. For all cancellations, returns and refunds you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Again, you must return your order in its original saleable condition and with the original packing materials.

Arkanem will endeavour at all times to ensure you receive your replacement or refund within 14 working days of receiving the return, in it's original saleable condition, and will notify you of receipt of the returned product and confirmation of the reimbursement via email.

Cancellations cannot be made for Commissions or Specific Requests once the artwork is in production, Arkanem will ensure that you are fully aware of the exact production start date, which would be the last opportunity for you to cancel your Commission or Specific Request.

Arkanem cannot cancel, refund or replace any order
unless this procedure is clearly followed.


Damaged Goods or Incorrect Order

If there is noticeable damage to the packaging on arrival of delivery do not sign or accept the delivery and inform Arkanem immediately.

If on opening your order it is damaged or incorrect, you must firstly notify Arkanem immediately or within 24 hours of receipt by telephone, email or via contact us.

Arkanem will replace all damaged or incorrect orders provided you have notified Arkanem immediately on receipt, and that you return the order within 14 days of delivery with the original packaging materials - there is no additional shipping costs for replacements.


Customer Acceptance Policy

Arkanem reserve the right to put on hold, reserve, withdraw or re-release any of its own products at any time. Arkanem also have the right to refuse to process any transaction, request to purchase, or to accept a purchase for any reason at any time, and at their sole discretion.

For Arkanem to accept you as a customer and for you to be eligible to purchase a product, service or specific request, you must be 18 years of age or over, and you must be able to pay and/or authorise payment for the order made in full.

Arkanem guarantee that they will not sell, rent or pass on any identifiable information about you personally or about you in any way to any other third party.


Important to note

Your order may not be accepted if

  1. You do not meet Arkanem's Customer Acceptance policy.
  2. Authorisation for payment or payment has not been cleared.
  3. There has been an error in the price assigned to the product/s you have selected or there has been an error in the description, detail or information of the product/s you have selected.
  4. The product you have selected is no longer available or has been withdrawn or there is an issue that has been identified with your eligibility to order from Arkanem or this website.
